Certificate of Attendance

Apply for your certificate of attendance in the Attendance Office which is located in Room 600. Contact Ms. Meyers and Mrs. Stephens at 770-271-5168.

To receive your Certificate of Attendance there is a charge of $3.00 and you must meet these requirements:

• Currently enrolled in school.
• Not under suspension.
• For a period of one (1) academic year prior to making application a student has not had no more than 10 days of unexcused absences (not necessarily consecutive) in any semester.
• Student has not been suspended from school for: Threatening, striking, or causing bodily harm to a teacher or staff. Possession or sale of drugs or alcohol on school property. Possession or use of a weapon. Any sexual offense. Causing substantial physical or visible bodily harm to or seriously disfiguring another person including another student.

(Certificate is only good for 30 days from issue date.)
